If you require a reservation within the next 3 weeks, or would like to confirm a reservation immediately, we highly recommend contacting our reservation office at (780) 852-3285. We are open form 9am to 9pm Mountain Time, from late-April until mid-October. Please see the Contact Us page for office hours in our closed winter season.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, the following conditions will apply:

  • We will require valid VISA or MASTERCARD information to charge a 1(one) night advance deposit to confirm your reservation.
    • CANCELLATION/SHORTENING POLICY: Alpine Village is off the beaten path; therefore we do enforce the following cancellation policy:

    • 1 (one) night deposit will be retained if reservation is cancelled or shortened less than 14 days before the arrival date. Deposit will be refunded, minus a small processing fee, if cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date.
    • Reservation made 6 months or more in advance, for longer stays or multiple cabin bookings will be subject to a longer cancellation/shortening policy.
  • Check-In is anytime after 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • All accommodations are non-smoking
